Cancellation Terms
Cancellation of Reservations: Travelers who cancel up to 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations Between 15 and 30 Days: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date will incur a 50% refund of the reservation cost.
Cancellations 15 Days or Less: Cancellations made 15 days or less before the tour date will not receive any refund.
Weather and Natural Disasters: Cancellations due to unexpected situations such as weather conditions or natural disasters will be subject to the suppliers' own policies.
Communication: Cancellation requests must be made through our website or via customer service.
