Vidi Travel is a global tourism marketplace that connects travelers, suppliers, and tour operators from around the world. All users acknowledge that Vidi Travel is not liable for canceled tours, poor services, or unforeseen circumstances occurring before, during, or after the tour.
Additionally, all suppliers (worldwide companies providing land services) are responsible for adding their cancellation terms and conditions to their dashboards, which can be viewed in the "Cancellation Policy" section on the front page of the website. However, if a supplier fails to include their cancellation terms and conditions, the following rules apply, and by booking a tour, both the suppliers, operators, and travelers agree to abide by them.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation of Reservations: Travelers who cancel up to 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations Between 15 and 30 Days: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date will incur a 50% refund of the reservation cost.
Cancellations 15 Days or Less: Cancellations made 15 days or less before the tour date will not receive any refund.
Weather and Natural Disasters: Cancellations due to unexpected situations such as weather conditions or natural disasters will be subject to the suppliers' own policies.
Communication: Cancellation requests must be made through our website or via customer service.
