How your payment and personal details are protected when you book with us.

Every page of www.viditravel.com is served over HTTPS. Everything you send us — your contact details, traveler information and payment details — travels between your browser and our servers encrypted with TLS 1.3, the current generation of SSL, using 256-bit encryption. Our certificate is issued by an internationally recognised certificate authority.
You can check this yourself: your browser shows a padlock next to the address, and the address starts with https://.
Card payments are processed through our bank's virtual POS. Your card details are sent encrypted to the bank's payment system and are used only to complete the payment you approve.
We never store your card number, expiry date or security code (CVV/CVC) — not on our servers, not in our booking system and not in e-mails. Our bank's payment infrastructure complies with PCI DSS, the security standard of the international card schemes.
Every card payment is confirmed with 3D Secure (such as Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check): the bank that issued your card sends a one-time code to your phone, and the payment goes through only once you enter it. Your card cannot be charged without your approval.
If you pay by bank transfer, our account details are shown on your personal booking page once you accept the booking terms, and the money goes directly from your bank to ours. Please write your booking reference in the transfer description.
We process your personal data only to make and run your booking, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and our Privacy Policy. Booking data can be seen only by authorised staff, and passport numbers are stored encrypted.
Cards we accept
