A Day of Discovery - Uzungöl Tour
Our tour begins at 10:00 AM from the agency's office, promising unforgettable moments and breathtaking views. Our first destination is the stunning Uzungöl, located approximately 100 km from the city center. This natural wonder, formed by a landslide in the Haldizen Stream Valley, is a beautiful lake surrounded by lush fir forests, offering a spectacular landscape that will take your breath away.
After starting the tour, we visit a famous knife workshop, known for its handmade knives. Here, we learn about traditional craftsmanship and admire the finely crafted knives. Next, we take a tea break at a local tea factory, where we’ll have the opportunity to explore the production process and hear from experts about how the tea is processed.
After the factory visit, we head to the Uzungöl waterfalls area to explore the surrounding natural beauty. We'll take plenty of time to photograph the stunning landscapes and preserve the memories of this beautiful environment.
For lunch, we enjoy a meal at a restaurant right by the lake. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore the area further and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Once the free time is over, we gather together to begin our journey back to Trabzon.
On our return journey, we stop for a brief break at the historic Kiremitli Bridge, built in 1935 and classified as a monumental structure in 1996. After this short visit, we continue our way back to Trabzon, concluding this unforgettable discovery tour.
Throughout this journey, you'll experience the stunning beauty of nature while also connecting with history and culture.
